You Will Need
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. Baja Style Shrimp Seasoning Mix
- 1 lb. peeled & deveined shrimp
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and oil. Add shrimp seasoning mix and sauté for 1 minute. Increase heat and add shrimp, halved tomatoes and lemon juice. Stir well and sauté until the shrimp turn pink and are opaque throughout, about 3 minutes. Taste and add additional baja seasoning if more heat is desired.
