Shipping & Policies
All orders are shipped via Canada Post and will be shipped within 1-5 business days of placing your order. We offer free shipping for any order over $200. Please note that the only exception are oversized items. The shipping cost for these items are on a case by case basis and will be quoted at the time an order is placed. At this time, we are only able to ship orders within Canada. Order should be received within a week of ship date, unless problems occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you would like to pick-up your order in-store, please select “In-Store Pick-Up” at the checkout. Items will be ready for pick-up by the next business day unless communicated otherwise. Please note: Items can only be picked up during business hours (Monday - Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 10-5pm) at 45 West Mill Street, Unit 6, Elora Ontario
Please note that items are subject to change based on availability. You will be notified should an item you have ordered no longer available.

RETURNS (APPLIES TO ONLINE ORDERS ONLY)
Returns must be made within 21 days of receipt for store credit or exchange (with original tags & packaging). Seasonal and sale merchandise is final sale. Shipping charges can not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs on items sent back to us. Please notify us through our contact page before sending back items for refund.
