Currently we are only able to ship within Canada.
Shipping costs are an unfortunate part of the online shopping world, for both businesses & customers! That being said, here at Seasons we try our best to keep our shipping rates as low & fair as possible.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post and will be shipped within 1-5 business days of placing your order.
We offer FREE shipping for any order over $100 before tax
Orders between $50-$99 before tax are a flat rate of $15
Orders under $50 before tax are a flat rate of $18
*Please note that the only exception are oversized items. The shipping cost for these items are on a case by case basis and will be quoted at the time an order is placed. Your order should be received within a week of ship date, unless problems occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
We would love to see your smiling faces! If you live locally, to avoid shipping charges we suggest selecting “In-Store Pick-Up” at the checkout. Items will be ready for pick-up by the next business day unless communicated otherwise.
Please note: Items can only be picked up during business hours (Monday - Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 10-5pm) at 45 West Mill Street, Unit 6, Elora Ontario
All items are subject to change based on availability. You will be notified should an item you have ordered no longer available.

RETURNS (APPLIES TO ONLINE ORDERS ONLY)
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt for store credit or exchange (with original tags & packaging). Seasonal and sale merchandise is final sale. Shipping charges can not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs on items sent back to us. Please notify us through our contact page before sending back items for refund. Once approved, the item(s) can be shipped to:
